With over 30 years in the trading business, Gary L. Tilkin, founder of Global Forex Trading has "been there and done that". Starting out at Merrill Lynch Commodities in the late seventies Gary Tilkin got into the business of trading, for trading. Mr. Tilkin's love of trading in College set firmly in his mind what he wanted to accomplish in life, and Merrill Lynch was the first stop. After working with individual clients Tilkin found that his ability to pick winning trades and manage risk could work better for him in the managed money sector and founded Accu Comm Corp in 1984.

Accu Comm Corp published an advisory service and was very successful in the 80's. Gary was listed as a top commodities trading advisor trading everything from currencies, gold, oil, and grains. In 1989 Mr. Tilkin established AMP trading company and maintained substantial business from New York to Hong Kong, continuing to be a successful advisor to clients, and clearing business globally.
In 1991 Mr. Tilkin started a new company Global Analytics Futures, a discount brokerage firm specializing in currency futures, and EFP business. Mr. Tilkin offered low fees, and top quality service to institutional and retail clients the world over. His model of offering top notch technology and customer service was soon to be his company's trademark that he would build on for the future.

In 1997 Global Futures & Forex was formed to address the increasing number of currency trader's demands Mr. Tilkin's clients had in both the futures and Spot FX markets.
